New Features
⬜ Added Dust layer block

Dust layer
⬜ Dust layer - a new block that can be obtained if you destroy: decorative pot, cobweb, wool, bookshelf, bone block.
⬜ Dust layer cannot be picked up or destroyed.
⬜ Dust layer can be removed using several methods: brush, wind charge, water bucket, water bottle.
⬜ Dust layer also disappears upon contact with the Breeze.
⬜ Dust layer cannot be moved by the piston, and when the support block is destroyed, the Dust layer falls.
⬜ Dust layer can be spread using bone meal.
